It is also important to PROVIDE INFORMATION ON YOUR BUSINESS THAT RELATES TO THE DESIGN. This is important AS IT ASSISTS IN SEEING an visual presentation of what you are looking for. Please feel free to also provide examples of current DESIGNS OR STYLES that you like FROM THE WEB. YOU CAN INCLUDE THESE LINKS IN THE FORM ONCE YOU ORDER THE SERVICE / PACKAGE.
Once you have filled out the request form, ordered services, completed the consultation and we have gathered all information needed, Payment is required to get started. There are non- refundable deposits required before getting started on design services. Payment in full is required for all mobile delivery or shipping items. You will be notified when the remaining payment is due if you are only paying a deposit at the initial request. After full payment or deposit is made designs will be created based on the package / service you chose. The time frame at a minimum is around 5 days for mock - ups, 7 days maximum. You will be sent the custom design drafts for your final choosing. Please see our policy in reference to our designs. At no time will any designs be unmarked until payment is made in full. Full Payment will be due before we send the custom design drafts for you to choose from.
Once you have provided Beautiful Beginnings, LLC with any updates requests, Beautiful Beginnings, LLC will work on the revisions and resend the updated revisions based on the client's request. Once the client finalized the design, you will be sent an confirmation letter that will require electronic signature. Once confirmation letter is signed, depending on the package or bundle you chose we will begin working on the next design if you have more than one design request.
Please Note: It is imperative that the client communicates to not further delay any projects. Please see our policies in reference to termination of projects. Beautiful Beginnings, will not begin working on any additional requested projects until the first projects are completed. This is to ensure there are no overlapping and any inconveniences to Beautiful Beginnings, LLC or the client. If the client request additional projects in lieu of the initial "incomplete project" the time-frame will be subsequent to the current projects time-frame. There also may be additional fees.
